What type of payment do you accept?

We accept payment made through PayPal; they accept all major credit cards plus electronic checks.

What is your return policy?

If you are unhappy with your purchase when you receive it, contact us right away. We will do everything in our power to correct the problem and make you a happy and returning customer. Returns are accepted within 10 days of shipment. The product Must be in resalable condition. Please contact us for a Return Authorization number before sending your package. A refund will be given for the amount you paid, minus credit card fees & shipping.

How do I measure?

Place tape measure around neck, whatever that measurement is add 1 inch more. Example 9 inches + 1 for comfort = 10. That would be the size that you order. Remember all pieces are made with an adjustable clasp.

What type of beading wire do you use?

We use a 49 strand stainless steel cable that is nylon coated and made specially for bead stringing.

Why glass beads and not crystals?

Although we love the look of crystal, we wanted to create a line that everyone could afford. Our glass beads shimmer and glimmer also and our furry friends can’t tell the difference.

How do I clean my jewelry?

Wash in warm soapy water, rinse and towel dry immediately. The clasps are sterling silver and may tarnish over time. If tarnishing occurs use a cleaner made specifically for sterling silver. When not using, keep in an air tight bag.

Can I attach a leash to my new jewelry?

Shimmer, Glimmer & Sniff jewelry is made for looking fashionably fabulous only and should not be used as a restraint or as an attachment for a leash. Do not leave your pet unattended when wearing any accessories.
